WHY AM I DOING “THIS” ?
I guess music counts as a hobby if hobbies are allowed to take over your entire personality. I’ve always been known for deep-diving into band backstories or passionately geeking out over an album, analyzing every single song while my poor friends sit there, listening to what can only be described as a live podcast episode.
While doing exactly this the other day, a close friend mentioned her own blog, and it gave me the idea to create a space for my music ramblings. And that was all it took.
Sooo…welcome to the blog. I’m Melisa! And this is my little corner to be nerdy over music in all its forms. Some days I’ll be diving into Prog, other days it’s Guajira, Anatolian Rock, or whatever I'm obsessing over at the moment. I will write about what I love, full stop. No fancy reviews, mostly no technical stuff. Think of it like hanging out with a friend who can’t stop talking about the songs, albums, and artists that catch their attention.
I hope this space gives you a glimpse into the music that moves me. I know that I’m excited to share it with you.
